SosoGPT Billing and Refund Policy
Last updated: 2026-06-29
This page explains balance, usage, top-up, and refund handling. Actual usage is based on console logs.
1. Top-up Methods
Use the payment options shown in the console. If automated payment is not enabled, contact the administrator for manual top-up. Confirm the account, amount, and intended use before paying.
2. Charging Rules
- Usage may depend on model ratio, group ratio, input tokens, output tokens, cache tokens, and upstream route costs.
- Different token groups may have different pricing, model access, and route quality.
- Marketplace prices are references. The final charge is based on usage logs.
3. Balance and Logs
Users should review balance and usage logs regularly. If abnormal usage is found, delete suspicious API keys immediately and keep request IDs, model names, timestamps, and error messages for investigation.
4. Refunds
- Quota that has already been consumed is generally non-refundable.
- Unused balance refund requests may be reviewed manually by the administrator.
- Usage caused by leaked API keys, incorrect client configuration, or violation of the Terms of Service is generally non-refundable.
- Duplicate charges, missing top-ups, or obvious accounting errors will be handled after verification.
5. Price Changes
Because upstream costs may fluctuate, SosoGPT may adjust model ratios, group ratios, and available models. The active console configuration and usage logs apply.
6. Risk Notice
Start with a small top-up to verify your client, model, and group before adding a larger balance.
