This policy explains how SosoGPT processes information needed to provide API gateway and model access services.
1. Information We May Collect
- Account information, such as username, email, and login-related data.
- API key metadata, including key identifier, group, quota, status, and usage records.
- Request logs, including request time, model, group, quota usage, token usage, request IDs, upstream request IDs, errors, and IP address.
- Top-up and payment records, including amount, time, status, order number, and callback result.
2. How We Use Information
- To provide account, API key, model routing, billing, and log lookup features.
- To troubleshoot issues, respond to feedback, detect abnormal traffic, and prevent abuse.
- To calculate costs, sync ratios, check balances, and run necessary operational analytics.
3. Request Content
API request content is forwarded to the selected upstream service to complete model calls. Do not submit passwords, private keys, identity documents, bank information, trade secrets, or other sensitive data that should not be processed by third-party models.
4. Sharing
To complete requests, necessary request data is transmitted to upstream model providers or relay services. Except as required by law, risk control, service operation, or user authorization, we do not actively sell personal information.
5. Security
We use HTTPS, access controls, logging, basic firewall rules, and Cloudflare security rules to reduce risk. No online service can guarantee absolute security, and users must protect their own API keys and accounts.
6. Retention
Account, API key, top-up, and usage records are retained as needed for billing, risk control, troubleshooting, and service operation. Contact the administrator if you need account or data handling support.
