SosoGPT Terms of Service

SosoGPT is an API gateway for personal and small-team use. By using this service, you agree to the terms below.
1. Accounts and API Keys
- You are responsible for protecting your account, password, and API keys.
- If an API key is leaked, delete it immediately and create a new one.
- Do not resell, share, abuse, or use API keys without authorization.
2. Acceptable Use
- Do not use the service for illegal, infringing, fraudulent, abusive, malicious, spam, or safety-evasion purposes.
- Do not attack, scan, stress test, bypass rate limits, or interfere with this service, upstream providers, or other users.
- Do not use the service in ways that violate upstream provider policies or applicable laws.
3. Service Regions and Compliance
This service is not offered to China's mainland, Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan. Before accessing, registering, topping up, or using the service, users must review their local laws, regulations, network access policies, data compliance requirements, and third-party service restrictions.
If you continue to access or use the service, you confirm that your usage complies with all applicable local and relevant laws and policies. You are solely responsible for any legal or regulatory consequences arising from your use.
4. Availability
The service depends on upstream model providers, networks, cloud infrastructure, and third-party systems. We try to keep it stable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or permanent availability.
5. Billing and Usage
Actual charges are based on the usage logs in the console. Model marketplace prices, ratios, and cache pricing notes are references; the final charge is determined by system records and active configuration at the time of use.
Ratios may change dynamically based on upstream account availability, upstream pricing, route quality, model supply, risk controls, and operating costs. Please monitor token groups, model ratios, group ratios, and usage logs, and decide whether to continue using the service based on your own cost expectations.
6. Enforcement
If abuse, abnormal traffic, malicious registration, attacks, or violations are detected, we may restrict, suspend, or terminate accounts, API keys, groups, or access.
7. Updates
These terms may be updated as the service, upstream policies, or compliance requirements change. Continued use means you accept the updated terms.
